Can the estimates for probable maximum precipitation (PMP) at hydropower facilities change over time? The focus of this session will be on the likelihood of changes to PMP estimates due to a warming climate, knowing that changes to the PMP could have significant ramifications on the satisfactory performance of dam spillways at hydropower projects during a PMP event.
